Andy Gilbert, Chairman of the Go Make A Difference Charity
A 10-year programme to dramatically change the lives of 100 unemployed 18-24 year olds. The programme is kickstarting our partner Go M.A.D. Thinking’s vision to create 100 million Light Bulb Moments by 2023 by recruiting 100 18-24 young people to become Thinking For Good Changemakers.
They will embark on a 6-month work placement programme to develop their transferable skills to assist their employability and through the support of the Go Make A Difference Charity will be supported for the next 10 years!
Want Think Do was a school project designed to help KS3 students discover the importance of setting a clear goal, becoming aware of the way we think about things and taking personal responsibility for your actions.
This was piloted across the Midlands to great success, inspiring students to develop comprehensive plans towards sports, career as well as educational goals. These complete lesson plans are available for free by request.
